omstat -u rci doubles announced user

Hello Everybody have a nice day,

Ich have some Problem with Scalix Server 11.1.0.10849

Scalix Connector for Outlook is 11.1.0.46

with the instruction omstat -u rci

i bekame doubles announced user

like zombie prozesses.

the problem can delete only by restart of the Scalix Server or killing connections with: kill -9 <process id for user> to be repaired

is there a script or a one work around for that??

i think you`ll have to live with those 'zombies'.
their origin lies in the client not logging off correctly. as a consequence the server side connection process is not terminated and waits for the client to reconnect forever...
if we are talking about scalix connect i think you will be save to kill all ual.remote processes as it will reconnect anyways.
