Hi there,

One of my clients running Scalix 11.04 has asked me to try and see if there is a mail sitting in one of their users "trash" folders without logging into the mailbox as he is unsure of the users password.

He mentioned that there is a Scalix command that will allow me to do this, any ideas/tips?

Thanks.

Code: Select all

omtidyu -B -u "Surname Givenname" -Tw -R

consulting the manpage is recommended, as omtidyu is able to delete messages.

Also have a look at the man pages for omlogon, omlogoff, omlist, omread & omsend - though that's INBOX access only.

Thanks Dirk,

I found the mails, under the Scalix recovered folder.

Any idea how far back this folder goes, I did a search of everything and it showed 8 days back, but is this a standard and can this be set?

Thanks for your help again, much appreciated.
