This has been vexing me for a week or so.
Occasionally I find messages in the Error queue. Generally they seem to come from the same user. On resubmission of the messages I get:

[OM.UX 3001] Failed to convert message to MIME format - moving message to ERROR queue
The user is on Outlook 2003 (11.8118.8122) SP2 with Scalix Connect Version 11.0.427 against Server version 11.0.4.10790.
If the user goes into their sent items and resends the messages that fail, they go through OK.
What should I be looking for on the user's PC that might cause this to happen??
