Help with Rule

I would like to create a server based rule which will send an automated standard reply to income emails to a specified email address. How can I do this? Had a quick look at the mailbox rules wizard which seems very basic.

For example, all INCOMING email sent to info@domain.com will receive an acknologement email, however internal emails sent to Info will not receive the reply.

Set up an Out-of-Office reply, it may do what you want. The easiest to do this is with Outlook, or with sxaa.

Just remember that OoO messages are not sent with every mail. but on a timed basis (default 7 days) to each unique sender address, so that it doesn't flood the remote mailbox. This is configurable in SAC, though.
