Replace "ü" with "ue" or buy a support contract :)

Yes, I tried to modify the user with the 'ommodu' to replace the "CN-TX=Ruth K??????ck" with "CN-TX=Ruth Kueck" or "CN-TX=Ruth Kück" but I get only the error "ommodu : [OM 6023] User name to delete doesn't match that in Url". The same when I try to delete the user with 'omdelu', I'll get only an error message.

So how can I delete the user from the scalix system?

hi
try deleting with user AuthId
omdelu u140@beklx001.dom.de

modify
ommodu u140@beklx001.dom.de -n "Ruth Kueck"/bek,bremen/CN="Ruth Kueck"/IA='kueck@dom.de'/S-TX=Kück/CN-TX="Ruth Kück"

hope it helps

Hi,

I've already tried to delete or modify the user the auth-id: i'll get the same error as I use the username. So I must delete the user on low level by hand. How?

whats the value of LANG?

already tried

Code: Select all

export LANG=en_US.UTF-8

?

if you delete the TX-Attributes in SYSTEM you *must* do the same in USERLIST
FREEBUSY is nice too:

Code: Select all

ommodent -e s=Kueck/g=Ruth -n s-tx=/cn-tx=
ommodent -e s=Kueck/g=Ruth -n s-tx=/cn-tx= -d userlist -t h
ommodent -e s=Kueck/g=Ruth -n s-tx=/cn-tx= -d FREEBUSY

Und sollte die gute Frau Kück irgendwann mal aus dumdideldei ihren Namen googlen, hat sie gleich eine Fundstelle ganz oben.

Hi,

I've set the LANG to en_US.UTF-8. I can now modify the directories for the user accept the userlist:

Code: Select all

$ ommodent -e s=Kueck/g=Ruth -n s-tx=/cn-tx= -d userlist -t h
ommodent: [OM 16062] Insufficient access rights to the Directory.

With the LANG=en_US.TF-8 is the CN-TX-field not correct displayed:

Code: Select all

$ omshowu -n kueck
...
User Name : Ruth Kueck /CN=Ruth Kueck/CN-TX=Ruth Kÿ¿¿¿¿¿ck
...

Then I would check the logs, especially ftlvis.log and fatal because of the "OM 16062".
omshowlog might give additional informations

the ftlvis.log is empty.

omshowlog reports this:

Code: Select all

[OM 4630] Admin command run :
ommodent -e s=Kueck/g=Ruth -n s-tx=/cn-tx= -d userlist -t h
