I used omaddent to add an entry (Jay Adelson) in the system address book as a test. I can't see that person in the in the sac ( I assume he is supposed to show up under internet users) and when I do an omsearch, I can't find him.

We have a PDL called All that includes everyone in the system, and when you send a message to ALL@mydomain.com you get a bounce saying that it could not be delivered to jayadelson@mydomain.net. I can't figure out how to get this entry out of the system so that we quit getting the bounce. Any Ideas?

Not sure about actually fixing the issue you have as such, but omdelent will delete the entry.
