We have 100+ user which are using Outlook. My old system running on qmail. Now we want to tranfer all user from outlook to Scalix Web Client. But my mail problem is how to tranfer their exiting mail from Outlook to Scalix?
Is their any utility or any trick?

Are the users mail currently stored on the server? or in their PST? If its in their PST, are you using community or enterprise edition. There is a migration tool which comes with the enterprise edition, though I don't know the specifics of it. If you're mail is stored on your current server, you could use IMAP to migrate to the new mailboxes, or possibly even export to mbox and import to scalix (i've read something about mbox commands with scalix).
If you're users mail is stored in Outlook PST files, and you are using Community Edition, then as far as I know, the only real option is to use Outlook and import each users mail. I have had the most success using the v10 connector to import mail, but its quite a painful process (from my experience, and that was for only ~20 users!)

Thanks for your reply.
I am using Community addition. So, I don't have migration tool. My all user mail store in Outlook PST.
Pls. send the procedure for how export single user data from PST and import in Scalix server.

Create the scalix profile in Outlook.
Start outlook.
Goto File -> Import and Export... -> Import from another program or file -> Personal Folder File (.pst)
Find the file, and follow the prompts. Expect it to take hours for larger PST files (over a few hundred megs).

It's very easy software you have just give your scalix server address and scalix user name and password and assign your pst file.
I had successfully transfer my PST to Scalix through this software

PIM data was not imported from the pst
