Is there a way to export a users or a public folder with shared contacts to a '.csv' file?

I am trying to create a transmittal interface for one of my customers.

Once I had the .csv file I would grad the data I wanted and delete the file.

Is there another way I can connect to these contact list?

Also I need to be able to do this from the server side and not through Outlook or any other mail client.
