The user is using Thunderbird IMAP, and when I try to access the Inbox, I get the message below, and only a single e-mail message shows up (not the one in question):
Code: Select all
The current command did not succeed. The mail server responded: some of the requested messages no longer exist.
At this point, I then changed her account to be a Premium user as the MAPI can usually handle anything thrown at it. After configuring Outlook, I created a temp-inbox and moved everything from her inbox into the temporary folder and received the following dialog and ended up with only 1 message in the inbox:
Code: Select all
Can't move the items. Some items could not be moved. They were either already moved or deleted, or access was denied.
With the preview pane open and the message highlighted, an information box in the pane says:
Code: Select all
This item cannot be displayed in the preview pane. Open the item to read its contents.
When I attempt to delete the message, I get
Code: Select all
You don't have permission to preform that operation.
Basically, this one message is really messed up (and it looks like spam to be honest).
I have run an omscan -Avfx -U <User> and nothing interesting was said. The other odd thing is that there are no messages in omshowlog for the IMAP and MAPI connections.
I did have this problem with 11.0.4 and decided to upgrade to 11.1 before posting anything, hoping the problem would be resolved (which they weren't).
I'm running Scalix 11.1 with the 11.1 Outlook connector as well.
Any ideas for what I can try (besides creating a second account, moving all the content, and then remapping the auth-id to the new account)?
Thanks!
-Mike
