Need to sort through mails moved from UNIX to ARCHIVE

We used omqdump to move about 12000 mails from UNIX to ARCHIVE to stop them being repeatedly queued to Sendmail. About 11,800 of these mails are junk but there are some legitimate emails amongst them and we need to filter these out. Is there an easy way that we can get to these mails to perform this operation.
The junk mails all operate (more or less) from one of about 3 addresses so ideally we would just like to delete all emails from said addresses, leaving the majority of good messages.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance
Ben
