Forwarding problems, I think

We have a couple of users that set up a rule for a copy of thwie email gets forwarded to their blackberry when they are out of the office. This has been working just great for the past several months until today.
When we try to send an email directly to a blackberry account (not forwarded, but a new email) we get the following entry in the mail log:
May 29 14:09:32 linux sendmail[29827]: l4TI9W6e029821: to=<luser@uscellular.blackberry.com>, delay=00:00:00, xdelay=00:00:00, mailer=esmtp, pri=129801, relay=mx04.bis.na.blackberry.com., dsn=4.0.0, stat=Deferred: Connection reset by mx04.bis.na.blackberry.com.
All other email can be sent and received from any where else, it is just the blackberry email addresses having this problem.
If I read the mail log entry correctly, I would guess that there is something wrong on the blackberry side???
I tried doing a sendmail -q to flush the queue, but still got the same errors.
thanks
