Is there an explaination of what this error might be? and what should I do to prevent this from happening?

because: Unknown Non-Delivery Reason (512)

Hi Lynda,

I'm assuming you copied and pasted the error message rather than retyping. If so, it appears that the domain you sent to is incorrect. Isn't your domain "itgroundwork.com", not "itgoundwork.com".

Hahaha. Yes, this was an error reported by a user of mine.
woops, I guess I ought to look at my support letters when I'm a bit more awake, rather than 2am in the morning..
