Restricting email to local mailnode?

hi,

Is it posible to restrict certain email users to only be able to mail locally? For example we require our receptionist to be able to to send mail internally so say phone messages etc. or to be able to be sent documents.

Yes; check the admin guide and the section about the service router and the rule files available. you can either group users with their capabilities by mailnode or use the per-user "service level" (to be modified on the command line) for it.

using the service level and rules files you can even do things such as ... if (this) user sends out mail to the internet, it will be sent, but only in batches after 8 p.m.
