Hosting multiple mail domains on Scalix 11

Hello,
I've read the Admin Guide of Scalix 11 (not cover to cover mind you :) ), searched the forum for info on the issue at hand and read through some threads.

I still have a few questions:
On page 37 of the Scalix Admin Guide 11.0.2 the is an Alert
If you want to add a domain that is not within the terms of your license, you have to get a
new license or upgrade the current one.

I've looked in the site (the pricing page) for info but didn't find a mention. How is this licensed?

A question was asked in this thread that I'll re-ask - perhaps things have changed in version 11:
When hosting multiple domains on one scalix server (perhaps with use of mailnodes), is it possible for users in each domain to see only it's members in the system addressbook?

this post suggests that multiple instances is the only way to go. Has that changed for Scalix 11?
We'll need to host some 2,000 users (accounts) spread over 1 large domain (1100+ users) and ~30 small domains. At most 150 will use collaboration services (through the outlook connector) the rest POP3 email only clients.
Is it too far fetched to have all 31 Scalix instances on a single server?
Will the answer change if we were to also allow IMAP clients?

If Outlook is configured as an IMAP client of Scalix 11 can it store personal contacts and calendaring on the server?

Thanks,
Opher Shachar.
