deleting a singel e-mail

Hi I'm new with Scalix.
I installed Scalix on Suse 9.0 Enterprice Server and it worked well.
But now one user have a mail that he can not get (with Outlook Express).
So I want to give him the mail direktly, but how can I find this mail?
Maybe its ä stupid question but I'm new with Scalix and new with Linux ( and my english is not so good).
