BULLETIN BOARD AREA ACL

Can someone tell me what the ACL of Bulletin board Area should be for 'Default' and Local Users?
some users move their own folders by mistake to the 'public folders'.
this is what I've got:

omshowacl -t b -B 1057
No address entries exist in this ACL.
Scalix Administrators create read subfolder editown deleteall owner contact visible
Local Users subfolder
Default read editown deleteown visible
