UNPARSEABLE_RELAY back in 11.03?

Hello all,
All of my inbound email is having UNPARSEABLE_RELAY as a zero point entry added by Spamassassin after going from 11.01 to 11.03. I thought this was a bug that was fixed, or is there a setting I need to adjust? This is a fairly minor bug, but, one that was suposed to have been fixed a while back....
