Seeing the following errors for Calendar Events

We migrated in calendar events using Outlook's import from PST wizard. Now the users are seeing the following error when trying to update imported appointments:

You have not been granted permissions to send messages on behalf of the specified user

We have already run the omscan and omcheck commands.
