How to filter by domain sending against each other

Dear friends,
Say if i set up multiple domain (mailnode) on one server.
let it be:
apple.com
banana.com
Say if i want to prevent users from each domain from sending mails to each other, apple.com cannot send to banana.com and vice versa. Is there a way to do so? from the command line.
