Empty Message Contents - Both Outlook and SWA

We just launched Scalix 11.0.2.1, running on RHEL4, with most users on Outlook 2003 with connector.

One user has issues with some random imported messages... about 30 to 40% of them show up with proper headers, but the message is gone .. blank... empty (even source is emtpy). This behavior shows in both SWA and Outlook. I have run omtidyu -M, I have run omscan -AxvfU ... no joy.

We used imapsync for the majority of our users... but this user that failed (imapsync failed for about 6 of our users). We had to use Outlook import and had major issues jsut getting her email copied.

Any thoughts? suggestions? No errors have shown for her using either command listed above. HELP

I noticed a couple of problems with imapsync when the names of the folders are too long or they use odd characters in the naming convention (/ or % for example). The best is to clean up or fix these issues on the original server or mailbox ahead of time. If the emails don't make it to the new server properly they won't show up either under SWA or OutLook.

Besides, Oulook is not the best option to transfer mails between servers. There are a couple of posts on this subject.
