scalix server perfomance issue

Hello All.
We finally migrated our email system from our old exchange 2000 on dual p3 to new scalix-11.0.1 on P4 with 1 Gb memory etc.
However the performance of the outlook connector clients very slow. Noticeable slower than our exchange server.
Most of the time I see one ual.remote process eating all CPU with 100% load.
Can you advice me how to improve performance?

We have 11 clients in total, so if 2-3 of them start using Outlook we are stuck.
Any suggestions would be welcome.

hi,

could this be an ual.remote session where the user has somekind of handheld sync software running ? i have seen this with chapura software running on the client.

get the userid of the ual.remote session within top and do omstat -u all | grep <userid> to find out the scalixuser.
