Outlook can't send email to its owner users: User Unknown

I switched from IMAPs to POP3s (port 465) using outlook as pure email client. Now I have a weird problem: I can send emails to other people using Scalix as outbound smtp server, buy get emails rejected when I tryiing to send emails to my own users on Scalix server. The error message is:

550 5.1.1 User Unknown

The more weird thing is I can use Web Access to send emails to my owner people without any problem.

Please help.

Hi Jian!

Add your domain to /et/mail/local-host-names and restart sendmail.

I did add the domain in. The weird thing is, it works if uses port 25, but got this error when connect using SSL port 465. When I tested outlook using port 465, it passed all the tests.

Any other thoughts?
