Internet mail account + disapearing emails

Can anyone tell me if you can add in a second email address into outlook 2002? so the user can also download emails for a different email account, also when I try to download emails on tests it seems to be suddenly all email that has been downloaded from the different domain does not show in the inbox, which is weird.

The server is a suse 10.1 and the outlook client is a 2002 and there is no rules in outlook about putting incoming emails to anywhere else.

So you want one user to have an alias? so that kev@domain.com and kevin @domain.com are both valid for me?

That's done via SAC. Go to the user, and click the add alias button. Fill in as needed.

Thanks for coming back to me.

Well not really, you see everything works just fine when there is emails coming from user@company.com but when it receives emails from a second address user@someotherdomain.com it don't show, it receives the emails but it don't show in the inbox, which is so weird i been scratching my head the whole day with this one.
