Missing child "PAPIERKORB"

Scalix 11.0.2.23

on a omscan we get this message for one user:

Missing children ....

Owner Info : Rolf Steiner / mail/CN=Rolf Steiner
Parent Container : ~/user/g000038/0000004:1, RecNum : 1
Missing Child : ~/data/0000006/000019g:1
Child Type : Container.
Child Creator : Rolf Steiner /mail/CN=Rolf Steiner
Child Subject : PAPIERKORB


Working via outlook is OK, but login via web is not possible, the system tells me that one of the required folders is missing.
Looks like the PAPIERKORB (Trash) is missing.

The corresponding file is missing on the server.
What options do I have to get it working again ?

Can you run "omscan -Aavfx" and see if the issue persists? You don't mention which switches you're using, but f is fix.

Hello,

I did run it with "omscan -v -A -U "Rolf Steiner""

"omscan -Aavfx" has fixed the problem. The login via webinterface is now possible again.
