Sorry if this is covered in the docs, I'm on the road and don't have access to the hard printed doc, and don't have the ambition to wander through the online docs!!

Can I make it so certain attachments are denied being sent in and out?? I am not sure if I can do this with clamav or the spam-assassin, or another product entirely.

You can use Amavisd to block attachments.

I don't have this setup myself, I have a seperate machine running Debian/Postfix/Amavisd for Antivirus, Antispam en content-checking.
