External Meeting Requests

Hi,
If a client emails me with a meeting request they immediatly get a returned email:

Subject: Meeting with Met (demo request)
Sent: 13/03/2007 15:47
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
Firstname_Lastname/my_domains////////////////Firstname#b#Lastname@my.domain.com on 13/03/2007 15:47
The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this message was sent to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient directly to find out the correct address.The MTS-ID of the original message is:E0A5466000F4CE44B61A933C07E8B1C1095CB7@VIS-ADEX-01.visiq.local

What is really bizarre is that user Firstname_Lastname does not exist in SAC.
But apart from the client receiving the email above every other aspect of the meeting request interaction works fine.
We are currently running Scalix version 9.2
Any feedback would be appreciated.
