Problem with group scheduling free/busy

Hi,

I need some help with group scheduling.
When it set up a new appointment and add group to the participants I cannot see free/busy times of that group. When I understand the manual (e.g. p. 12) correctly I should be able to see this kind of information, shouldn't I?

What could be the problem? I created a test group and added only 2 people of whom I am sure that they have published their free/busy time. After that I reduced the number of members to 1 (me) and it still does not work.

What do you see? You sometimes need to create an appointment before the free/busy data is populated for a given user.

Also, just to confirm, the users are all premium, right?

I am creating an appointment and I check the free/busy times on the respective tab.
Yes, all users in the group are premium. I tried it with a single user (myself) in that group and it does not work.

Just for clarification, because I am not sure we are talking about exactly the same thing: I do not add individual users (this works for me), but I try to add an entire group instead. I type in some letters in the participants list and press TAB to autocomplete the name. I am the only member of the group.

What I see right of the group's then name is a black/white bar and when I point on it, it says something like "free/busy times could not be determined" (don't know exactly what it is english)

Ok, it' showing the group. If you click on the + sign in the box beside the group name, it should add all the members individually, rather than simply showing the group. From there, it should show the correct free busy for each individual member of the group.

Hi!

Ok, thank you for your replies. I thought that should work. At least as I understood the manual.

I don't know if it works in Exchange. We never used that software.
