Delete all messages from subfolder

I have subfolder spam ander Inbox. How i can delete all messages from Inbox/spam
i have tried
omtidyu -B -u "name" -T i -l "spam" but i got messages from Intray ans spam and if i will use -d -k it will delete all messages from Inbox too

Hi!

The "spam" folder which is a sub-folder of so it has now become a part of Inbox now
and it is no more a "Filing Cabinet" or in "List Area".

Had this folder been directly under Mailbox of the user, this folder would have become a
Filing Cabinet, and on issuing the following command, would have shown all items in the
folder "spam" as deletable:

Does it means that i can't delete messages from inbox subfolder?

Hi!

Yes you would be able to delete the messages from the sub-folder but the messages from
Inbox would get deleted too.
