When I create a new user on sac web admin panel that user apears on the list but not the others.

If I use the command line I can see the all the users and all groups.

Hi!

When you choose Groups tab in SAC, in the left panel you have an option "Filter Groups
by:" next to it you have a button "Edit Filters", did you select it to specify search restrictions,
or can you change the value of drop-down next to "Type:" to "Normal Groups" or "All
Groups" to see if you get the group you created, also you can click on Refresh button at
the top right hand corner of SAC screen.

See if this helps.

Thanks,
Subir

Hi!

I would like you to turn on debug mode for res and caa and restart tomcat to see if there
is anything in the scalix-res or the scalix-caa log files while creating group from SAC.

To enable logging for caa and res, look for the log4j.properties files in
/var/opt/scalix/??/caa/config folder and similarly in /var/opt/scalix/??/res/config folder
and replace INFO with DEBUG. Restart scalix-tomcat, that would generate scalix-res.log
and scalix-caa.log files in /var/opt/scalix/??/tomcat/logs folder.

Once you restart scalix-tomcat service, try accessing group's in SAC. The details would
be logged, see if you find something that stops the group to be displayed. Please let us
know the same.

Thanks,
Subir
