How do you Forward / Copy email and still pop the box.

How can I do this?

boss@homedomain.com which forwards / copies the emails to boss@anotherdamain.com & boss@onemoredomain.com

I found where you can send the message to the two accounts using rules in Webmail the problems lies here. I still need to POP the boss@homedomain.com account when I do this the messages are not stored.

What you'll want it to use sxaa with the --retain switch. Unfortunately it isn't available yet in the GUIs (Outlook or Web).
