ERROR - ClamAV integration with scalix

I have followed the Scalix_Server_Setup_Guide to enable virus protection using clamav. But when I check the /var/opt/scalix/au/s/logs/fatal file, to check whether there is any error, I find the following -

Please help me to get rid of this problem

Hi!

Could you please check the result of the command:

Code: Select all

omstat -s

If the status next to "CDA Server" you don't see Started, reset the status of CDA service
using the following commands:

Code: Select all

omreset -o off cda
omon cda
