Ical event problems

OK I'm not sure where to post this at so I'm starting here.

We have Scalix 11.0.1 and we are running Outlook XP (2002) and 2003. When sending a calendar event form 2002 to 2003 you can receive the event and accept the notice or invite. When sending from 2003 to 2003 I have no problems as well but when either 2002 or 2003 send to 2002 it is just plain text.

If i send from a 2002 client to the same 2002 client it still happens. I'm not sure if this is an outlook issue or what but we didn't have this problem until we switched from Imail to Scalix.

I love Scalix so much more than Imail.any help would be great

I'm not using mapi at all. These are pop3 accounts only. i could turn one or 2 of them into a mapi connect.. just was waiting on the new server to get up and running. I did install the scalix connect just to try and see if that was it.

so far i have with or without scalix connect install that outlook 2002 will not do ical.

to test

if connecting with mapi (scalix connect) will work more reliable.

Ok i connected with Scalix connect the one that came with 11.0.1 and sent an appointment to the user. I worked fine with the mapi. Also just to make sure it was not an out look profile issue i created a new pop3 profile and was back to the same problem. any ideas.
