Premium user cannot receive email - Newbie question

I have a premium user with full administrator rights who cannot receive email. All of his mail is returned with the following error:

Message could not be delivered to the following recipient:

vjohnson@southernpine.org

because: The message could not be delivered to the recipient as the
service level for the user's mailbox doesn't allow that operation

Can you post the results of:

omshowu johnson

Then send him a message and post omshowlog -p 3 to see the log file for the past 3 mins.

Then, please edit your post to remove the email address, or at least obscure it somewhat. Your user will thank you.

OK--I gave up and whacked it with omshut and performed CPR with omrc

Seems to have cleared the user's problem up, just wish I knew what caused it.
