can't send email to one user

There is one user that nobody can send her emails.
I tried sending from different local accounts using swa and outlook, but she never receives it.
When I send her from my gmail account, she does receive it.

Checking maillog after sending from outlook or swa, I can't find anything. no errors, no delivey info.

I tried telnet localhost 25, and telnet 10.1.1.39 25 and sent the email manually. that does work.

Where can I check why it doesn't get delivered when I use swa or outlook??

omshowlog doesn't show anything regarding this problem.

omconfaud sr 15 unix 15 ld 15

tail -f /var/opt/scalix/??/s/sys/logs/audit

Then try sending a message. This will generate an audit trail for it which might help to see where it's getting to (if at all).

You could check /var/opt/scalix/??/tomcat/* And check the logs there to see if they're spinning an error for you, but It'll be easier to trace the issue from Outlook, and I'm sure they'll have the same problem.
