some scalix 11 and 11.0.1 bugs

We have done an Testupgrade frome Scalix 9,4 to 10 and then to 11.0 and then to 11.0.1 but we have some big and strange problems - maybe some other have the same problems:


1) tomcat hangs after some time ( i have read that maybe the indexer service kills tomcat if he tryes to index an defect user – if that’s the problem we have an big problem because we have about 3500 useraccounts and 400GB mailstore, and I know that we have some defect users)

2) we have some defect users – one user (for example) has no reported problem at omscan, also not if I rebuild the mimedatabase for this user – but if I want to login the swa It tooks minutes for login and i get the error “Kalender kann nicht geöffnet wardenâ€

I believe for such a large installation you should really work with our support team directly. There seems to be some data errors in your mailboxes and these will need to be looked at on the system.

Please open a support case with us and I'm sure we'll find out what causes these upgrade problems. Also, our professional services team can work with you to determine the best policy for creating the search indexes.
