user appears in SAC, not in omshowu -m all

I have a user simply named "test". He shows up in the list of users in SAC, but not when I run "omshowu -m all". SAC complains that it cannot "retreive the information for the selected user" when I try to select it. It was et up as a premium user, so I'm not sure if it counts against my license pool and I'd like to get it out of SAC. Scalix has been up since Jan 12, so maybe a restart would clear out some cache somewhere?

I had a similar problem at one time, but it happened when I tried to delete the user. It stayed in SAC but wasn't in other places etc. and wouldn't let me delete it the rest of the way. Turns out it was still in the address book....
Here's the post that helped me fix it
Hope it helps...

He was probably "half" deleted.
omdelu test
and/or
omdelent -n test
Should fix you up. Likely omdelent.

Thanks for your help! The man page shows no -n arg for omdelent, though. I had to use:
since I have another test user called "Pop Test".
