Change default delegate e-mails

Postby Kris » Thu Feb 01, 2007 11:33 am

When someone uses delegates to give another user access to their calender or inbox, an automated message is send out to this user.

Something like:
This message was sent automatically by Scalix to inform you that I have
made you my delegate. You can now send messages on my behalf (...)

Is it possible to change this default message? I would like to translate it to dutch for our users and also add some more information. Everytime someone uses this option, I get calls because users don't understand the message they receive :?

Thanks

Hi Kris,

The language of the message generated by the server will depend on the recipient of the
error message, i.e. the user getting the response.

The users language can be set with the -l option to ommodu or through Scalix Management
Console.

Thanks,
Subir

Thanks for your answer.

I can only select Englisch or German as language in sac.
And I also would like to customize the message myself, I want to add instructions for the user so they know how to open a folder from another user.

Hi!

On consultation, I came to know English and German are the only supported languages.

Thanks,
Subir
