License Troubles

I can not currently add any premium users to my systems, I am being told I do not have enough free licenses. When I run sxlicense - u , I get the following:

[root@smtp ~]# sxlicense -u
Scalix License Usage

Local Usage

Premium Users: 70
Standard Users: 50

netc-lon-vpn.ciellc.com

Premium Users: 6
Standard Users: 7

sfo.ciellc.com

Premium Users: 14
Standard Users: 2

capa-flo.ciellc.com

Premium Users: 5
Standard Users: 2

capa-lon.ciellc.com

Premium Users: 16
Standard Users: 12

Premium Users: 16
Standard Users: 13

Totals
Premium Users: 127
Standard Users: 86

Notice my server capa-lon.ciellc.com is listing its licenses twice. Now I run sxlicense -u off that server and get:

sxcl[root@capa-lon ~]# sxlicense -u
Scalix License Usage

Local Usage

Premium Users: 16
Standard Users: 12

smtp.ciellc.com

Premium Users: 70
Standard Users: 50

capa-flo.ciellc.com

Premium Users: 5
Standard Users: 2

sfo.ciellc.com

Premium Users: 14
Standard Users: 2

netc-lon-vpn.ciellc.com

Premium Users: 6
Standard Users: 7

Premium Users: 16
Standard Users: 13

Totals
Premium Users: 127
Standard Users: 86

This server things netc-lon-vpn.ciellc.com is reporting extra licenses... this will be the same for all my servers. There will be a phantom 16 licenses at the bottom reported after the last server.

How can I reinitialize the licensing daemon to purge this erroneous information. At present I cannot enable anymore premium users and I should have 14 licenses free.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

never seen that. could you please open a case with scalix tech support? I think this should be resolved in a more direct way.

Florian.
