Hi guys firstly, my apologies for posting an old post again, but I'm worried that this won't get read because it's been around for such a long time with no result.

I've also run into the same problem in the topic in the link below, can anyone offer me any assistance, or is my only choice to let my client know that they've lost all of their email and calendar details?
