Adding A Message to All Outgoing e-mails

Hello,

Our company policy is to include a "Confidentiality Notice" at the bottom of all outgoing emails.

How could I do this in Scalix? If I have to create a rule for each user, how would I set the rule up?

you should use a disclaimer milter for sendmail; this is covered in the forum, just search for the keywords.

So I searched thru the forums and I have found where to download this milter. Are there any special setup steps I need to do, or does Scalix just feed all outgoing email into SendMail?

it does, so doing this should be enough. I assume you are using a single-server setup as in multi-server setups this might get somewhat more complex if you're using a centralized internet mail gateway.
