Contacts folder menu tree

Hello,
We recently changed over a site from exchange to Scalix 11. One of the users stored their contacts in subfolders in the contacts folder, so that the folder its self is empty but there are about 40 subfolders with contacts in them below it. When the user goes to send a message they can't see the contacts below the contacts folder. Is there a setting I am missing, can scalix not see sub contact folders or am I being a touch thick?

Cheers

You need to mark each of the subfolders you want to see in the addressboek as an Outlook addressbook.

Right-click the folder, choose "properties" and then the tabblad "Outlook addressbook" (or something like that, can't check it right now). There you can mark the folder to be listed as an addressbook.

Hope this helps :)

Note that this is true for Outlook only; at this point, in Scalix Web Access, we will only use the primary Contacts folder as an addressbook.

Cheers,
Florian.
