Hi,

I have the following error in fatal log on a scalix server 9.4 system. This error apear on every folder from this user.

set is T61BASE, 'to' character set is ISO8859_1.

can you try to export the users data using omcpoutu, recreating the mailbox and reimporting? this might help. also, have you run omscan on the user's mailbox?

Note that Scalix 9.x is no longer supported since we just released Scalix 11. I would suggest to upgrade to at least Scalix 10, as this also has many bugfixes throughout the product.
