Hello,

is it possible to create a server-based rule/auto action for outgoing messages? I would like to copy all outgoing messages from a specific user to a public folder.

ps: I'm using Scalix 11 GA

Unfortunately, server-side rules currently only work on incoming messages. If the user in question is only using one single client, you might want to use the auto-bcc function of some email cients.

another way to design this would be to user Scalix' archiving interface and write some script to it that detects messages from that user.
