smtpd.cfg on Scalix 11

Hi.
Seems that I still do not understand how smtpd.cfg works.
What I try to achive is quite simple, but I'm still out of success.
1.) Only Authenticated users should be able to use smtpd to submit/relay messages.
2.) On one local host (192.168.10.10) should be able to do so without auhtentication.
What I have so far:
LISTEN=XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:587
RELAY accept 127.0.0.1
RELAY accept 192.168.10.10
ANONYMOUS Log_Reject ALL
However after the "rcpt ro:" I get "Authentication required" even if I connect from 192.168.10.10. I also tried with SUBMIT instead of RELAY but still same result.
If the ANONYMOUS line is in place authentication is allways required.
SUBMIT=ON and LMTP=ON are both commented out.
What I'm doing wrong?
