Question about BBsa's

I've been having a problem for a long time with BB sync between 2 servers.
One server always generating this error multiple times a day.

<<Message could not be delivered to the following recipient:

+BB@scalix.domain.com

because: No route configured for the recipient address>>

I've looked at everything I can think of. I've also posted the question here withouyt getting any answers. But I have to get this working.
I was wondering, could it be a mail routing problem?
Let me explain.

I have spamassassin running. So the mail server generating the errors has two IP addresses. One for Scalix and the other for Sendmail.

Which IP address should I be routing the mail to from the other server? The one sendmail is listening to, or the one Scalix listens to? Seems it should be the scalix one. But I'm just trying to eliminate ALL possibilities.

This can happen if you changed mailnodes or you do not have a route set up for the mailnode on the other server.

Run the command

Code: Select all

omlistbbsa | grep -i omsync | tr "[:lower:]" "[:upper:]" | sort -u
and then check that the command

Code: Select all

omshowrt -q all
will match all the mailnodes listed from the omlistbbsa command.

Cheers

There's only one. I only have two servers.
Both servers BBSA's and routes match. Emails and email accounts are getting routed and syncced properly.
