Mailq clean up???

I have old mail stuck in the mailq. How do I get flush it through or delete it???

-v is optional but it allows you to see if the message is flushed successfully.

how do I delete bunk emails in the "mailq"

You can go to /var/spool/mqueue, then delete the files qf<ID>, df<ID> and xf<ID> where <ID> is the ID listed in mailq.
