Hi

I have been unable to login to the GA 11 Mobile client

I have plenty of logs which describe the issue as a Postgress issue

IE pgpstartup.log

LOG: next transaction ID: 4785; next OID: 17171
LOG: database system is ready
ERROR: syntax error at or near "/" at character 23
ERROR: current transaction is aborted, commands ignored until end of transaction block
ERROR: syntax error at or near "/" at character 23
ERROR: current transaction is aborted, commands ignored until end of transaction block

There is a fair bit of similar info on the net but it dosn't seem to relate or resolve this issue.

Any help greatly appreciated

Hi!

If the users are managed through Active Directory and other external directories, such
users cannot log in to the Mobile Web Client. In scalix-api.log, the following error message is logged:

FATAL [DbUtils.getSession:57] org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: syntax error at or near "=="

We have a bug numbered 14277 open in bugzilla.scalix.com, you can keep yourself updated with this issue.

Is this bug going to be addressed in a future release? I have read through the bug information on bugzilla and on the release notes. I use authentication through eDirectory and am also affected by this.
