Find text in an e-mail, and save off the message

We're doing an audit, and need to find certain e-emails that contain certain words.. I've been looking through the following:

But I'm wondering if there is a better way to do this??? I've got a flat file of certain "key" words, and I simply (or not so??) need to find all the e-mails that contain those words and "SAVE THEM OFF" to another location.
Any ideas?
