Add Directory Usable in SWA

I want to add an additional directory to Scalix that will list an alternate class of users. I know how to add the directory, add entries to it, and preclude the alternate class of users from appearing in the system directory. What I cannot get to work in Scalix 11 is the addition of the additional directory to SWA for the appropriate users. What do I do?
