I want to install Scalix 11 on the Ubuntu 6.06.

I see Ubuntu to be a non-supported OS:

However, I would suggest you to visit the following website and download the "Scalix Installation Guide" for Version 11.0 (Release Candidate 1). Try following the steps to be able to install Scalix 11 RC 1:
